Procedure:
1. Reveal of nonconformities
In accordance with Regulation ŃĚĘ-001/2003 nonconformities in Limited Liability Company “Elena Shipping Agency are to be revealed by any Company’s worker during all actions described in procedures and instructions. Besides that nonconformities are to be revealed by auditors during inner inspections and by persons auditing the Company.
2. Identification of nonconformities
As nonconformity is failure to fulfill established requirements, identification of nonconformities is made by reference to the name of work executed and documents defining requirements to executed work or issued in accordance with the results of execution or work inspection.
3. Documentation of nonconformities
a) Nonconformities revealed during everyday activity are registered in Book for registration of nonconformities revealed during everyday activity in accordance with the form below:

b) Nonconformities revealed during inner quality inspections are registered in Acts for nonconformities and correcting measures in accordance with the Company’s Quality System.
4. Analysis and exception of insufficient services
a) In accordance with Regulations ŃĚĘ-01/2003 responsibility for analysis and exception is to be placed to the Personnel Inspector whose competence include work concerning this service. Analysis results in definition of a person that is made responsible for taking necessary correcting actions as well as measures are determined that provide exclusion of nonconformities in interdependent functions and measures for exclusion of unpremeditated usage of insufficient service.
b) In extraordinary cases final decision concerning analysis, exception and correcting activities is to be taken by the Director General.
